I probably dont say it enough,
But Id like to send a great big "Thankyou" to everyone here at the forum, for helping to become a great Fert Mom.
Your information, discussions and support mean the world to me. Over the last few months Ive grown from a beginner to at least an educated beginner in the world of Ferts.
Id like to also say a big Thankyou to KOKDADDY and BADGERSMAMA, for making this a fun and educational forum. You both always make me feel so welcome.
I also appreciate all the extra info I get from you both.
KUDOS TO YOU BOTH!!!!:flowers:

I really agree.
A big thanks to you too.
Everyone here is so accepting and supportive.
It's really nice that a forum like this exists.
I hope we continue to gain more marvelous members and meet more understanding friends, and that this lasts for a very long time to come.
I don't think our efforts will be in vain.

nope! you're wrong!:tt2: ;)
From an English to German dictionary:
if you please -- bitte
hold the line, please! -- bleiben Sie bitte am Apparat!
excuse me, please! -- Entschuldigen Sie bitte!
excuse please -- Entschuldigen sie bitte
So, bitte doesn't mean please? I've checked three sources that say otherwise!
ummmm, then you're welcome is something very similar!!! like Bitter? or something???? what does it say You're Welcome is then?? hmmm??? Mr. I-have-an-english-to-german-dictionary???

You are welcome. -- Gern geschehen!
You are welcome. -- Keine Ursache!
You are welcome. -- Nichts zu danken!
and to expand further:
welcome -- angenehm
welcome -- begrüßenswert
welcome -- das Willkommen
welcome -- der Willkommensgruß
welcome -- die freundliche Aufnahme
welcome -- erwünscht
welcome -- gern gesehen
welcome -- willkommen
to welcome -- begrüßen
to welcome -- empfangen
to welcome -- willkommen heißen
you are welcome to do keep it -- du kannst es gern behalten
you are welcome [to do] -- es steht ihnen frei [zu tun]
welcome guests -- die lieben Gäste
to welcome someone with open arms -- jemanden mit offenen Armen empfangen
You are welcome. -- Gern geschehen!

Ive should have spoken to you a long time ago. Ive just started trying to self teach myself some German for two reasons.
1) Ive been working in a German Rest for about three years now. It would be nice to greet people in German.
2) I am German, you would think I already know some!:whistling:

You got that right!!
I fear I can't join the German discussion....I only had a semester of German in Grade school long long ago!
I did want to comment on the community here though. I've been on the net for years and visiting ferret forums for a couple. It is hard to find a nice peaceful community, where everyone works together to learn more about these creatures. To Kokodaddy and Badgersmama, thanks for putting it out there! To everyone, thanks for making it a great place.:)

Ditto on all the sentiments voiced here.
As for the German, "Kuss mich sprechen sie Deutch." Spellings probably off. I had it on a teeshirt when I was in high school. I took three years of German in high school. That was eons ago and that's about all I remember except for maybe guten tag and guten morgen.

I do know that she is devoting most of her time to her family and her business. I miss her being around here though, especially with how much we've grown over the past few months.

Hey guys, I'm around. I have been very busy with business and family lately. I've read a lot of the posts, but haven't had much to add!
I did, however, just ban a spammer :D I see there have been quite a few of those lately. Thanks Kokodaddy for banning and to both Kokodaddy and BadgersMama for taking care of things. :wave2:
