I need to give up my two wonder weasles due to getting caught with them in Califonia. The good thing is that it was the military that caught me and not "put-down" villians. I need to know of a rescue shelter or someone who want to adopt 2 more wonderful friends.
One is a black sable three to four years old male altered named Ringo, I'm the only owner. The other is a champagne female, altered, that I rescued from a negligent owner.
The sooner the better. I'll even give the three tier cage to the person who take both of them.

I'm so sorry this is happening to you. :(
I'm in Canada, so I can't, unless someone can take them up here to me :D .
I'm sure there are people here who can help you out.
Also, you could try contacting people with www.legalizeferrets.org (http://www.legalizeferrets.org) and www.ferretsanon.com (http://www.ferretsanon.com) .

If you can't find a home, I will be happy to find a way to give them a good home. We would have to find a way to get them to Mississippi, but I would be happy to have them. I have two four foot cages that are linked together, so there is plenty of room for two more.
My husband is military, too. Well, Navy actually. If you want to contact me, my number is 228-818-6622.

That's great news!
When we didn't hear from you for so long, we assumed you had found them a home.

Yeah, it's a great home. She already has several ferrets and they've been welcomed into the fold (the male has a female friend and the female has two male friends). She even took my two kittens! and I can visit them, too.

That's great!
It's horrible that you had to part with them in the first place, though.
The ferret law in California is rediculous and inhumane.

I was apart of the attempt to get them legalized from 1995 to 1999. But, California is not as bad as some other places. Other places put down ferrets if they bite someone, no questions or appeals asked.
It sucked that I had to let them go but I had to let my first one go when I when to Basic Training.

Not as bad as some other places? They're illegal here, and must be confiscated (and subsequently relocated or euthanized) if found. If one bites someone in an area where they're legal you may have to pay someone off but as long as they have their shots, I doubt they would be destroyed.
Glad you found yours a new home however...

I'm also glad you found a good home for them, it's great that you can visit too. But I really have to agree with kokodaddy, just about any place is better than California when it comes to ferrets.
