The Chapter here in Ca, for the area is O.C.Ferrets, You can get a hold of Bmama or K.D. who are L.F. members, You can check out the site on L.F. on the left side you'll see O.C. Ferrets that is who many on the L.F. belong to. I dont know where you live maybe Your area has a organization there, It is a worthy cause to help the Wee Ones.

It's so stupid that ferrets are banned in CA. They are in horrible financial shape, if anything, they should put an exotic pets annual license in place like in NJ(Have to pay 60 for both of my girls).

And by their logic , even if ferrets could become "feral," theyre screwed because neigboring states allow ferrets-doah lol.

Apparently, all animals stop at the agricultural station before they tread onto "holy California" soil...
